This touch-sensitive gripper is a tool designed for dexterious and intelligent object handling. Each finger is equipped with an array of tactiles sensors, allowing the tool to determine an objects shape, location and orientation in the gripper.

The tactile feedback enables the gripper to pick objects from an uncertain location and still deliver them to the desired position with high accuracy. Meanwhile, unexpected occurrences due to slippage, drops and object misplacements are detected in real-time, decreasing the risk of system failures.

The Intelligent Tactile Gribber can be mounted on most robotics arms. The gripper is rugged and can be used for different parts of your production process.
